Born from the encounter of Giusti 3 Gold Medals and truffles, this dense condiment is mellow, intense and persistent. The dehydrated black truffle is infused within wooden casks containing Balsamic Vingar, until a complete balance of flavours.

In ancient oak barriques

  • Ideal on savory pairings based on meatcheeseeggs, or mushrooms;
  • Excellent on fresh pasta, like tagliolini or tagliatelle, risotto with Porcini mushrooms, or Parmigiano cream;
  • Great on meat filets or steaks, beef tartare, scrambled eggs or omelets, seasoned cheese, and grilled or fried mushrooms;
  • We recommend it on polenta with mushrooms, canapés, pizza, and savoury cakes.

The aromas and flavors of plum jam and red fruits of the 3 Gold medals meet the aromatic notes of the truffle for an extremely enveloping taste.

  • AGING: The aging of this Giusti Flavored Condiment takes place in wooden barrels from the family heritage. According to regulations, the aging period cannot be shared and indicated on the label, and it varies based on the recipe followed by the producer. The flavoring occurs during the last part of the aging process and involves an infusion in the barrel for about six months.
  • STORAGE: The product is stored at room temperature, even after opening.
  • EXPIRATION: This product has an indicative duration of 4 years.
  • DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This product is gluten-free and contains no animal ingredients. It is made with non-genetically modified raw materials and the only allergen it contains is sulfites.
