Once you’ve added your first article you can continue to browse the site and choose the products you require; they’ll be added directly to your order. To view the contents of your cart, click the shopper icon in the top right of your desktop screen.

Yes, after placing your order send a request to ecommerce@giusti.com on the same day. As well as the order number, state the name and address of your business, its tax code and VAT number, its certified email address or its Italian electronic billing system code.

We accept the main credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club) and other online payment methods such as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.If you have a discount code, you can enter it during checkout, just before making the payment, using the box in the order summary. Type in the code, click “Apply” and proceed to payment of the discounted total.

Once you’ve completed your payment you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a summary and details of what you’ve spent at the address you provided when you made your purchase.

We take meticulous care in packaging every order to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Our environmentally friendly packaging choices minimize the use of harmful materials.
Depending on the items ordered, we select the ideal box size and use protective materials like honeycomb paper or paper padding. For fragile items, such as glass, we use dividers or padding to keep them securely separated and prevent any movement during transit.
We take great pride in safeguarding our products, ensuring they reach your doorstep in excellent condition.

Once you’ve selected all the articles you want to order, click “Estimate shipping”, select your country/region and if required your province. When you click the button underneath, the Standard Shipping rate for your order will appear.

Our shipments are made through USPS, UPS, and, occasionally, FedEx.

Once the pack leaves our warehouse, the courier will email you the tracking number. With this, you can track the shipment of the order, and manage its delivery if you wish, from the courier’s own website. When you place your order, go to your cart and click “Estimate shipping” then open “Country/region”: we ship our products to the countries that appear in this drop-down list. You can also get an estimate of your shipping expenses by entering your country and postal code.

Unless our customer service notifies you to the contrary, under our online shipping policy orders are shipped within no more than 14 working days. Contact us to modify your delivery date or specify the date you prefer.

To help us to expedite the issue, please send us photos of the pack you received, clearly showing the inside, the outer packaging, the damaged product(s) and any other products that have been stained. State the order number and the name you gave when ordering. We’ll do everything we can to clear up the problem together!

Yes, you can add a message of up to 50 characters when you place your order. Our team will prepare the card, signed by Giusti, and add it to your pack. Yes, the price isn’t marked on the product, the value isn’t stated on the pack and we don’t include a packing list with the order. Bear in mind that when the order is placed an order confirmation (a summary of the purchase complete with prices) will be sent to the email address provided.

No, like all the sweet and sour products in our collections, balsamic vinegar doesn’t undergo any alcoholic fermentation. The only alcoholic products in our shop belong to the Mixology collection and are the Vermouth, a flavored wine, and the NIO cocktails, premixed alcoholic drinks.

Depending on their type of recipe and production method, Giusti products hold PGI, PDO and ORGANIC certification. They all have CSQA food quality and safety certification and hold an impressive IFS (International Food Standard) score of 98.

Depending on the production method and recipe, Giusti balsamic vinegar of Modena is aged in wooden barriques of different types of wood and different capacities, for a varying period of time.

Balsamic vinegar keeps perfectly over time, even after opening. Although its shelf life is more or less indefinite, it’s still normal practice to state a guideline lifetime of 10 years from bottling on the label. The standard one-hour guided tour including the Museum, the Ageing rooms and the Tasting is completely free of charge.

The easiest, most direct way of checking availability and booking a guided tour at Casa Giusti is on the website visit.giusti.com. Otherwise, Casa Giusti can be contacted via email (museo@giusti.it), by phone (+39 059 840135 extension 1) or via WhatsApp (+39 392 925 8119).

You can also visit the Giusti Museum without a guide, but the guided tour provides all useful explanations and includes access to the Ancient Ageing rooms and the tasting at the end of the visit, only available with a guide. Guided tours are scheduled at set timeslots and are offered in 5 different languages (Italian, English, French, German and Spanish). Therefore, if you don’t book we can’t guarantee you’ll be able to take part in a complete guided tour at the last minute.

The tasting session, offered for every guided tour and during purchasing at the shop, comprises tasting of the pure vinegars. The balsamic vinegars of Modena and the other Giusti products included in the tasting experience are offered on a teaspoon, accompanied by explanations and recommendations for use. Tasting is only possible on a guided basis, with a Giusti staff member present.

Yes, Casa Giusti has a private car park for guests’ use, also able to accommodate coaches of all sizes, caravans and motorhomes.

Yes, Casa Giusti is also accessible to guests with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs, except for the first floor of the Museum, which can only be accessed via a staircase.

Yes, we admit just one dog per guided tour (or more than 1 if they all belong to the same guest). Dogs can only enter the Ageing Rooms if carried, if they’re small, or must wait outside if they’re medium-large in size.

If you’re travelling by car, it’s easy to get to Casa Giusti from Modena city or from Carpi by taking Strada Nazionale per Carpi and following the signs for Strada Quattro Ville, in the village of Lesignana. If you’re arriving from further afield, the nearest motorway exit is Campogalliano.
If you’re not travelling by car, you can reach us by taxi or train: the nearest railway station is QUATTRO VILLE, served by local trains on the line from Modena to Carpi/Mantua.

The Giusti Boutiques are located in city centers, easily reached by public transport or on foot since they are very close to well-known tourist attractions. The Modena Boutique is on Piazza Grande, facing the Cathedral, and is easily reached from Via Emilia. The Bologna Boutique is very close to Piazza Maggiore, at the start of the famous Via degli Orefici. The Milan Boutique is near the Cathedral, on Via Spadari and Via Victor Hugo, very close to the Duomo underground station. The Florence Boutique is on city-center shopping street Via del Corso, close to the Cathedral (Santa Maria del Fiore) and Piazza della Repubblica. The Classic Masterclass experience is a private tasting led by one of our staff; participants are seated and are provided with paper materials. It’s a complete experience rich in details and explanations, it’s free of charge, it lasts about an hour and it’s available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 15:00 to 18:00 hours, with booking required at least 24 hours in advance. If you want an even more exclusive experience you can opt for the Premium Masterclass, for which a charge is payable: this is a private tasting, led by one of our staff, in which foods are served with the vinegars. With its large, immaculately kept premises and grounds, Casa Giusti is available for a wide range of events. Private events such as lunches in the barrique room, talks by our Vinegar Master telling you all about balsamic vinegar, christenings, weddings and celebrations of various kinds, or corporate events such as workshops, meetings, congresses, team-building, Christmas dinners or summer parties. Not to mention charitable and cultural events, concerts or theatrical performances, conventions or meetings of various kinds. Every event held is tailored to the customer’s needs, so whatever your idea we suggest you write to us at eventi@giusti.it; our staff will be delighted to help.

Definitely, Casa Giusti also hosts evening events, with our staff present.

Casa Giusti is a fully renovated mid-Nineteenth Century farmhouse and outbuildings, located just outside Modena in the area’s fertile countryside, surrounded by fields and lush vineyards. It consists of 3 buildings standing around a large central yard and two garden areas with mature trees. The main building is the old farmhouse, which now contains the family Museum: 10 rooms on two floors, each with its own theme. The Ancient Ageing Rooms are located in the old stables: on the ground floor are the light-filled Sala delle Vetrate, with its large windows, and the lovely Acetaia delle Volte; the first-floor Attic, the heart of the production process, is where the finest Giusti balsamic vinegars are aged. The old servants’ quarters contain the Shop and the Tasting Room, together with staff facilities.

Casa Giusti doesn’t have an in-house catering service, but we can recommend selected external caterers who have been partnering us for years. We also have established suppliers for cocktail bar, DJ, photography and video services and anything else required to ensure that the event is a total success.
