Incredible experience. Was
here for my honeymoon. Tour was great - went through whole history of the Giusti family and brand and then onto the balsamic process and aging.
Very cool! Then onto the tasting. WOW. Delicious. We got to taste all of their offerings - all flavors and even the longer aged balsamic. So good, we shipped
many bottles back to NY (very easy process). Highly ecommended!!

Christophe

The guided tour is absolutely a must for all balsamico lover. Great explanation of history,
production process and the possibility to see the storage room of all barrels containing thebalsamico for aging. And at the end the tasting is a great possibility to learn about the different balsamico products.

Andrea

This place deserves ten
stars. The space is thoughtfully laid out, the family history is interesting
(for Americans, just thinking about aging casks so much older than our country is amazing). The tour is free and i'm so glad we made the trip out from Bologna.

La visite guidée est très
bien présentée, bien organisée et contient juste assez d'informations. La visite nous permet vraiment de connaître le produit. Les lieux sont très bien entretenus. L'endroit est très beau. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique.

I never even thought about
how balsamic vinegar was made before but now I know everything. Our guide was excellent and the process is fascinating.
We'll worth a visit!

Great tour of this amazing
Balsamic Vinegar traditional place. Maybe the first in Italy going back to the early 17th century. Took a great free tour and did some tasting. Never knew howversatile and amazing Balsamic Vinegar can be.
