Heritage collection

Unique products, refined in the oldest batteries of the family and drawn from casks that are at least 100 and 50 years old. Each bottle is numbered and finished by hand, stored in an elegant individual box with a small blown glass pipette.

A special collection honoring the local tradition of bottling and gifting small quantities of fine condiment based on Balsamic Vinegar of Modena from the family’s production. These small glass bottles of sweet, delicate, and dense condiments are hand-finished, sealed with rope and red wax, as per tradition.
