Made from sweet raw juice pressed delicately from Trebbiano grapes, then combined with white wine vinegar and aged in French oak and ash casks. This process preserves all the fruity and floral aromas of the grapes, resulting in a condiment with low acidity and notes of sweet yellow fruits and dried citrus.
