2 Gold Medals: characterised by notes of ripe fruit, liquorice and black pepper, offering an excellent sweet-sour balance on the palate.

3 Gold Medals: sweet, delicate and enveloping, gives a tasty and original touch to every dish.

White Condiment: Fresh and with great balance thanks to the contrast of its low acidity and the notes of sweet, yellow fruits and dried citrus.
