Soft and naturally aromatic, the Giusti Panettone is made from a dough with sourdough starter, enriched with the delicate sweet-and-sour notes of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, also used to macerate the raisins. An artisanal, long-leavened creation, where sweet hints of red fruits emerge for a perfect balance of softness and fragrance.

Ingredients: wheat flour, raisins 17%, egg yolk, butter, sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), minced candied black cherry (ground cherries, glucose and fructose syrup, sugar), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3,8% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulphites), glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, inverted sugar syrup, barley malt, salt, natural flavor.
May contain soy, nuts and mustard.

To be served warm, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream, garnished with Giusti 3 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar and wild berry sauce.

Soft and aromatic, with the sweet and sour hints typical of the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

  • STORAGE: The product is stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations, even after opening. To best enjoy it, it is recommended to consume it after keeping it near a mild heat source for about an hour, to enhance its fragrance and genuine ingredients.
  • EXPIRATION: Consume the product within 8 months from the production date.
  • DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This product is made with non-genetically modified raw materials and contains the following allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, milk, nuts, mustard, sulfites.
