Soft and naturally aromatic, the Giusti Panettone is made from a dough with sourdough starter, enriched with the delicate sweet-and-sour notes of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, also used to macerate the raisins. An artisanal, long-leavened creation, where sweet hints of red fruits emerge for a perfect balance of softness and fragrance.
