Through a spherification process, a technique used in molecular gastronomy, Giusti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 1 Medal is entrapped in spheres through a spherification process, used in molecular gastronomy, creating black pearls of the dimensions of caviar. This completely new consistency of balsamic vinegars is perfect for particularly creative applications

Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 86% (wine vinegar, cooked grape must), water, thickener: sodium alginate. Contains sulphites

  • Ideal on risotto, a cheese platter, beef fillets, or tartare;
  • Great on starters based on eggscheese, or vegetables, or on tapas such as canapés or bruschetta;
  • We recommend it on soft desserts, such as chocolate cups, ice cream, or panna cotta to create an interesting sweet and acid contrast.

Agreeable to the palate and with the peculiarity of remaining faultless even on warm dishes

  • STORAGE: The product is stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations. Do not freeze. Once opened, store in the refrigerator at temperatures between 2°C and 12°C, for no more than 7 days.
  • EXPIRATION: 24 months from the production date when the product is intact – approximately 7 days in the refrigerator once opened.
  • DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This product is gluten-free and contains no animal ingredients. It is made with non-genetically modified raw materials and the only allergen it contains is sulfites.

Jar (GL 70): glass. Cap (C/ALU 90): aluminium. Band (PAP 21): paper. Check your recycling collection system.
