A soft and fragrant leavened cake with pleasant balsamic scents. Our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3 Gold Medals is added to the dough, used to soak the raisins and added in the form of cream filling. Giusti Colomba is finally covered with a delicious dark chocolate glaze. A classic easter dessert with an unusual and original combination, perfectly balanced and pleasant on the palate.

  • STORAGE: The product is stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong temperature fluctuations, even after opening. To best enjoy it, it is recommended to consume it after keeping it near a mild heat source for about an hour, to enhance its fragrance and genuine ingredients.
  • EXPIRATION: Consume the product within 7 months from the production date.
  • DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: This product is made with non-genetically modified raw materials and contains the following allergens: cereals containing gluten, eggs, soy, milk, nuts, mustard, sulfites.
