makes 2 drinks

• 2 tablespoons of peach jam
• 1 tablespoon of Giusti 5 Gold Medals Balsamic Vinegar
• 60 ml of Vodka
• 170 ml of chilled Prosecco
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Fresh basil leaves or rosemary
• Peaches
• ice cubes

Pour the peach jam, balsamic vinegar and vodka into a cocktail shaker or glass jar.

Add ice cubes and shake well to chill.

Strain into 2 cocktail glasses and top with the prosecco.

Garnish with a drop of olive oil, fresh basil leaves and peach slices.
